Ever since the age of 5 and the first time I stepped onto the soccer field I fell in love. My very first team I played for Bear Creek soccer on a guy's team and absolutely loved it. I started out playing midfield due to my quick speed, but after moving to Virginia in the fourth grade my coach switched me to a defender because I was aggressive and was able to get back quickly. I am very physical and will go for any ball, not letting people take advantage of my somewhat small stature. I can find the open player and can stop just about anybody I am guarding from getting a shot off. I love to run up the field and also love to be a leader on the team, controlling and communicating from the back line. I work hard in everything I do and I don't give up no matter how many times I get knocked down. Off of the field my grades are good and I am very respectful to everyone around me and I believe respect is something both earned and given. I give 110% effort and heart into the game and play for my teammates over anything. I aspire to reach the next level of soccer and be able to share my knowledge and experiences with those around as well as learn from all my coaches and teammates.
