Thank you for viewing my profile, my name is McKenzie Warren. I am a junior at Sabino High School, and I have been swimming for 10 years. My goals for collegiate level swimming are to improve my times and enjoy the relationships I build with new teammates. At swim practice I am always looking for a challenge, I try my best in every set my coach throws at me and push even harder when I get tired. I am looking for a challenge and I know I will improve during my 4 years in college. One thing I am most excited for in college is making new friends on the swim team. Going to college is scary in the first place but having a group of people you know will always be by your side is very important to me. I started club level swimming in 2019. I train with the Sabino High School swim team during the fall, where I have been on varsity and made it to the State Championship meet since I was a freshman. I transition back to my club team, Southwest Aquatic Sports, for the remainder of the year, including summer. Getting to work with two different coaches (high school and club) allow me to accept many different coaching styles. Academically, I have been in all honors classes since my freshman year of High School. My Sophomore and Junior year I have taken one AP class and I plan on taking more as a Senior. Thank you for viewing my profile, and the best way to reach me is through my NCSA page.
