- At the Senior 1 level with the Sarasota Sharks, we have nine practices a week during the school year. This schedule consists of morning practices on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings from 5am-6:30am and afternoon practices everyday after school from 3pm-5:30pm. We have dryland sessions on Monday mornings, Tuesday afternoons, Thursday afternoons, and Saturday mornings and on Saturday mornings, we run a 3 hour practice from 6am-9am.

Yes. I am a part of the AICE program at Sarasota High which is considered AP course since the classes are considered college level classes and give college credit. To pass with the AICE Diploma at the end of my senior year, I will have to have completed seven different AICE classes, passed each of the courses, and then have passing scores on each of the differing exams for the courses I had decided to take.Registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center?
