Personal Statement
Hi! My name is Savanna Honan. I have been swimming for 11 years with the Cape Cod Swim Club. My best strokes are the butterfly, breaststroke, and individual medleys. I am consistently working to improve my swimming times. I go to the gym for about 4 hours a week and I practice in the pool for about 16 hours a week. Additionally, I am a USA Swimming certified junior coach and I use that to help the younger swimmers on my team. Outside of the pool, I maintain a 3.30 GPA and I am taking advanced classes. I work to be a good role model and leader each and every day.

- Tuesdays and Fridays from 4:15-6:15 pm, Wednesday from 5:15-6:45 am, Thursday from 5:30-7:30, Saturday from 7-9 am, and Sunday 8-10 am. Most of the time, I do double workouts on the weekends which is 4-6pm.
