Alissa Larson '16 Recruiting Profile

Thank you for taking the time to view my profile. Right now I am swimming with the St. Anthony Village High School varsity swim team in St. Anthony, Minnesota. I have been on the varsity swim team since I was in 7th grade. This year 2013, I was voted team captain by my team mates and coaches for the 2014 season. I worked very hard to get this title and I am honored to be able to take on the responsibility. This season, my sophomore year, I accomplished a lot. On November 7th 2013, I had my sections meet, I swam the 200 individual medley and the 500 Free. In my 200 individual medley i dropped 6.60 seconds to get the time of 2.26.20. I placed 11th and made it to finals. At finals I was able to drop more time getting the time of 2.25.76. I did not make it to finals for the 500 free but I was able to drop 8.65 seconds getting the time 5.53.50. At finals I swam the 200 Free relay. My split time was 25.64 second and my relay team and I ended up beating a school record. I also swam the 400 Free relay and my split time was 57.10 seconds. Swimming is my passion and I will always work hard to continue to make myself better.
