As a self-motivated and driven student athlete, I am willing to put in 100% effort into both academics and athletics and use my good time management skills to balance both academics and athletics. I will use my dedicated, encouraging, determined, and outgoing personality to help me succeed in both academics and athletics. I am a leader in everything I do, and I believe that this quality will help me succeed in the future. As a student and athlete, I am constantly striving for a challenge, and I love to compete; therefore, I want to swim at a high collegiate level with high competition and where there is a challenging atmosphere. While being challenging, I want an atmosphere that offers a balance between academics and athletics where athletics does not overpower academics, limiting me to be challenged academically. I want to be surrounded by determined and hardworking student athletes that want to succeed and become the best that they can become.
