Personal Statement
The moment I dive in the pool I enter a different world. It's a feeling that isn't attainable anywhere else. The feeling of freedom and possibilities that are endless with hard work and perseverance. Swimming has taught me what it's like to want something so badly you'll do anything it takes to achieve it. Not only has it given me a pathway for the last 9 years, but it has also made me a great leader among my peers. As I approach college I hope to continue my swim career in the university that best fits me.
