Dasia Jones '17 Recruiting Profile

Hi my name is Dasia Jones and I was 2016 junior captain of the Manchester High School Girl's Tennis Team in Connecticut. I've played varsity since my freshman year at 3 doubles and moved up to 2 singles my Junior year. What I think sets me apart from other girls you are looking at is my enthusiasm and love for the game. Ever since I was little I got to watch my whole family play tennis and grown up seeing my cousins play in D2 colleges and that's always driven me. I've always wanted to play and got a late start around 7th and 8th grade but that has only made me work harder to where I am now and how I have progressed as a player. Starting so late I don't want my high school playing career to be the end for me. I'm ready to listen, to grow, and to play the game I've always held close to my heart.
