Lisa Dennis '10 Recruiting Profile

I am 5'5", 125 lbs, and right handed. I have been playing tennis for nine years and competing for six. I played on the New Braunfels High School tennis team my freshman and sophomore years. We got to the finals of state my freshman year and won state my sophomore year. I have learned to be a leader through setting an example for everyone I train with. I arrive on time to practice, come to practice prepared and ready to work hard. I maintain a positive attitude and an encouraging spirit in an effort to rub off on others around me. I am competitive, disciplined, hard working, and motivated. I am used to playing in all kinds of weather conditions. Texas doesn't have indoor tournaments for in-climate weather. During the winter I play in 27 degrees and in the summer I play in at least 100 degrees. My goal is to play on a college team starting freshman year at a highly competitive level.
