My name is Talia Corcoran and I am interested in playing college tennis and achieving a college degree through scholarships. Growing up in a single parent household with very little money for extra curricular activities and schooling, I have learned to be self motivated and self providing. I have learned set goals to do more and go beyond my high school education. I have also always had a passionate goal for playing tennis in college and through out life. As an extremely ambitious teenager I have worked to achieve many goals that will hopefully set me up for a future in college tennis, not only have I worked hard for the skill level I am at but I will continue to improve as I strive for my goals and go beyond. Hopefully my academic achievements, my competitive nature and my drive for success in tennis will set me apart from other recruits. I will do whatever it takes to reach my goals.

- My first two years of tennis were recreational it was not until my sophomore year that I finally had the money to get non recreational lessons and played at a high level year-round for the past 2 years. I have improved since then and still have lots of room for more improvement.
