Shelby Couper Web...Personal Statement
I am an avid tennis player from Charlotte County, Virginia. I am a member of the class of 2017 at Randolph Henry High School and have been on the varsity tennis team since 8th grade. I believe that I am a good teammate with a motivating attitude. I am always willing to hear advice and learn new things to improve my game. Last year as a Sophomore I shared Co-MVP honors with my cousin playing #2 singles and #1 doubles. I take advanced classes and participate in the dual enrollment program through my local Community college. My weighted GPA is 4.43. I would prefer to complete my education on the east coast at a school with a reputable academic program. Earning a quality education is important to me. I am interested in schools of all sizes. I love tennis and it would be amazing to have the opportunity to play at the college level.
