Peggy Mathis '15 Recruiting Profile

For the longest time, I have been interested in two specific ideas when it comes to my life after college. One is to be able to help people. I enjoy listening and giving recommendation whether it is on a physical aspect or mental. Many career fields would fall under this category from being physical therapist to a counselor of some sort. Two is owning my business. I love to self manage and do things a certain way and be able to make sure things are in order as well as working as a partner to employees. I believe college is a huge step forward after high school. My  goal is to take that step forward by getting into a college that best suits me and my motives in my track career as well as my future job. I pursue track not just so I may get into a great college but also because I love it and it is a very rewarding sport. Being able to work and train for something to know it will do more than pay off is an amazing feeling.
