I have been competing in track since my freshman year, I was also in cross country which later helped me with track, but I have been in other sports since i was 10 years old.
I train year long by participating in other sports running on my own and going to the gym on my spare time out of weekly races/games and practices and school. With a busy schedule I manage to maintain a high GPA.
I know what a great experience i would have competing at a collegiate level not only the experience but how much more i would improve.
