Jenessa Henderson '15 Recruiting Profile

My name is Jenessa Henderson, but most of my teammates call me by my nickname Wheezy. I participate in track and cross country. I joined cross country to prepare for track and it certainly helped me achieve what I wanted to gain in track. This is now my junior year and I have prepared some goals for both track and cross country. My cross county goals are to run a 18:08 3-mile race and get my third varsity letter. My track goals are to achieve 20 feet in long jump, 40 feet in triple jump, gain my third varsity letter, and try other events like the 400 meter dash and high jump. My dream and aspiration is to become an Olympic Gold Medalist in Track&Field. I am determined that I will achieve this goal and no one can stop me from getting there.
