Personal Statement
I have been competing in Track and Field since I was in third grade. Throughout the years I have made track my priority and become more serious about it. I now run year around with my high school Cross Country and Track teams. I am very passionate about the sport and hope to make large improvements so I can reach my goal to compete at the collegiate level.
I am a dedicated member of my team and I always put in my best effort. I am a very coachable athlete and incorporate their advice into every practice and meet.
In school, I study hard and challenge myself academically. I maintain a high GPA, but always strive to do better. I am currently a member of the Environmental Club, volunteer in my free time, and I have coached on my swim club for three seasons.
I would like to attend a college where I can challenge myself in classes and on the track.
