Personal Statement

My Goals/Aspirations:

Being from Southern California (San Diego), I'm no stranger to really tough competition. I compete with the best high school track athletes in the state of California. The bonds and friendships I've formed with my competitors is for life and has been really cool.

I look forward to having pride in being a college student-athlete, striving to earn a college degree for my future and life beyond sports. I know I can make a difference for the college that is interested in having me as a honest, hard working student and committed athlete. I'm never satisfied with my performance, both academically and athletically. I challenge myself at becoming better in everything I do.

I love track! I'm dedicated to sprinting and jumping, always striving to be faster and stronger each time I get on the track. I'm a team player and know how to bring in points for the team by being a strong competitor. I enjoy the thrill of competition and how it pushes me to go beyond my limits. I can handle myself under pressure and adversity. I know what needs to be done and I do it. I take direction and coaching very well and listen to what I'm told, applying it as expected.

I continue to expand my track passion by going beyond my high school's track season, competing year round at various USATF and AAU events, as well as California State Track and Field Competitions/Championships. I compete in both Indoor and Outdoor track. I compete in the following events: 55M, 60M, 100M, 200M, 4x100MR 4x200MR, 4x400MR, Long Jump, and High Jump.

I want to thank you for reviewing my profile. I hope I'm what you are looking for in a committed track and field athlete, as well as a dedicated student.

Sincerely, Holly Stallman

NCSA COLLEGE RECRUITING®

NCSA College Recruiting® (NCSA) is the nation’s leading collegiate recruiting source for more than 500,000 student-athletes and 42,000 college coaches. By taking advantage of this extensive network, more than 92 percent of NCSA verified athletes play at the college level. The network is available to high school student-athletes around the country through valued relationships with the NFLPA, FBU, NFCA and SPIRE. Each year, NCSA educates over 4 million athletes and their parents about the recruiting process through resources on its website, presentations of the critically-acclaimed seminar College Recruiting Simplified, and with Athletes Wanted, the book written by NCSA founder Chris Krause.
