Personal Statement
Characteristics that I can incorporate into a team would be leadership, motivation, and encouragement. I take into account not only my actions but also others around me, if I see that a teammate is down I see to it what I can do to push them to be better and try harder. As a christian triathlete, I know the meaning of being a team and that is if one falls everyone must be there to pick them up. A team is a group of individuals coming together to achieve a common goal and I believe I can help achieve that common goal if I have a mentor to improve my flaws. Personally, I do not give up on a sport I am committed too. I challenge myself to new heights. I enjoy improving everything that can be fixed, even if it's something small. I accept all criticism because I know that it will make me better. I am very well rounded. I am a student athlete who is taking 2 AP classes and has already taken 1 AP class and an Honors class.
