Personal Statement

Hello Everyone! My name is Lily Sween! 

    I have been running track for three years now and plan to continue to pursue my love of jumping throughout my college career. As a freshman in high school, I beat all the jumping records at my school and I continue to beat my own records the older and stronger I get. I am a hard worker and have learned how to exceed my expectations by studying, researching and working on my abilities to improve as an athlete and as a student. 

    I strive to be a leader by encouraging and respecting my fellow team mates and coaches.  My faith in God has pushed me to be the best that I can be moment by moment, not just in track, but in my life as well. 

    I look forward to hearing about your schools and the opportunities that await me!
