My name is Claire Banfield and I run track at San Juan Hills High School. I am looking to run track at the collegiate level. As a scholar-athlete, I am extremely well-rounded and take pride in everything I do. What sets me apart is my unrelenting work ethic, willingness to go the extra mile, and my self-motivated competitiveness. I firmly believe that success in track and field is earned through hard work, determination, and a steadfast commitment to improvement. Each time I step onto the track, I am not just competing against others; I am challenging myself to be better than I was yesterday.  I value feedback and coaching, always striving to refine my techniques and reach new levels of performance. As the highest scorer on my team this year, I am not only committed to my own growth but also to the collective success of the team. I always have a positive attitude, support my teammates, and genuinely enjoy the camaraderie of a strong team.
