As a student athlete I put a lot of emphasis on the student piece because I realize that I will not be a track athlete my whole life. I look forward to competing at a University that will challenge me academically as well athletically. The college that accepts me will be getting a leader of her peers and will challenge teammates to get to the next level by example in all areas. Attitude reflects leadership and that is what I live by on a daily basis with my friends, teammates and adults that put me in position to be successful.
