2016 State Champi...Personal Statement
My name is Kristen O'Handley and I am 16 years of age and attending Henry J Kaiser High School in Honolulu, HI. I have just completed my third year of track and field and contributed to my school's second place finish at the State Championship. Personally, I came in 1st in the 100, 1st in the 200 and 2nd in the 400 and was member of both the 4x100 and 4x400 relay team which came in 5th and 1st respectively.
Academically I have maintained a 4.0 GPA and take great pride in this achievement.
I dream of attending university where both my athletic and academic abilities will be challenged. I am an extremely hard working individual both in the classroom and on the track and look forward to advancing myself over the coming years.
