Personal Statement
I have been in track and field since my 8th grade year and have dreamed of vaulting at a collegiate level since my freshman year. Every year I’ve been vaulting, I’ve had a different coach. Nevertheless, I’ve improved and got a new PR every season.
In the past two years I’ve participated in cheerleading, color guard, dance, and paddling. In the classroom, I keep up with my studies and maintain a high GPA.
I want to attend a college where I can try new sports and clubs to keep busy, as well as push myself in my studies and on the track. I hope to find the right college that challenges me as an individual as well as an athlete. I hope to make new friends and make my parents proud.
