Personal Statement
Hi, my name is Dixie Whittle and I am attending Oakley Jr./Sr. High School where I strive to be a better student and athlete everyday. I have 4.0 GPA and take Honors & Dual Credit classes. I want to obtain a college degree in engineering, biomedical or mechanical.
I have been running competitively for 12 years and I want to run collegiate, so I can continue doing what I love. My favorite thing about being on a team is when we all work together to achieve our goals; for example, this past year we were state champions in the 4x4 relay (Spring 2016). I love challenges and being pushed, because I know that is the only way to improve, I know with the chance I can prove it to you.
