Personal Statement

My name is Dylan Marshall, and I am a junior at Mt.Carmel High School in Mt.Carmel Illinois. I am interested in pursuing a college education with the assistance of an athletic scholarship, in the Criminal Justice field in hopes of some day becoming a lawyer. I am currently the High school women shot put record holder with a distance of 40' 7", and the current Big 8 Conference champ for 2013, 2014 & 2015. I have a 4.7 GPA on a 5.0 scale and am ranked 18th in my class of 129. I am involved with many clubs in my town, I like to give back to the community. I am in peer jury, I am a student athletic-trainer, President of student council for 6 years and running, President of Rotary Interact club, Vice President of future buisness leaders of America, and a member of youth advisory board I am also a youth mentor at a local elementary school. I would love to hear from any college who would be interested in helping me achieve my goals and be part of their team. I am a hard worker and would give 150% if given this opportunity.
