Joslyn Young '24 Recruiting Profile

My goals and aspirations are to reach higher than my goals not just for sports but academically as well. I am a hard worker and I am always up to try new things. I love to finish the finish line 1st. I am very competitive, if I lose I work twice as hard to be better and grow from my mistakes. I am always all in and make sure my team is as well. I am a strong leader and lead my team in my events. I keep a positive mindset and great mental attitude. I encourage others to spread it all around the team. I am different from other recruits because I always have hope no matter the rain, cold, snow, or blistering hot. I love the competition and I always have trust and faith in my team as well as myself.  I am the teammate to stay and put in the extra work and influence others to do the same because that makes a dedicated team. I try my best in the classroom and accomplish as many things as I’m able to. I am always all in on my work and get it done early or right when it needs to be done.
