As far as future careers, I am undecided. I've narrowed my choices down to communications or a career in sports analytics and/sports statistician. I believe that its important to build good relationships with your coaches and your teammates in order to be a leader. My two rules as an athlete have always been to stay humble and to always leave everything I have on the track. As a child I grew up playing almost every sport imaginable and I feel that has given me a competitive edge, made me extremely versatile, and made me a good teammate. From a young age, I've always been taught that an education and my drive is something that could never be taken away from me and to cherish it, so I believe school is extremely important and I take it seriously.
