Personal Statement
I am a rotational primary shotput thrower, who has improved her pr from 29'9" to 33'11" a year apart. As a freshman, I focused on using the glide technique to throw efficiently. I learned later then I should learn how to rotate, as I would get a lot of technique and having the build I have, I was able to rotate at a fast enough pace to make efficient throws.
