I’ve always loved running, I started running when I was in middle school it was then that I knew I wanted to run as a collegiate athlete. I have always been judged by my height and told what I can and can’t do, I’m to short to hurdle or you can’t jump that high. Last year my high school coaches put me in the 100MH and I ended up winning regions that year. I was determined to prove that just because I’m not as tall as all the other hurdlers I could still compete with them I worked hard to get good at it and all the hard work shined through in the end. In college I hope to work with a coach who will push me to my limits and my goal in collegiate track and field is to become an All-American.
