I am a Cross Country and Track runner at Liberty North High School in Liberty, Missouri. My PR in a 5k was 23:07, and I was dealing with an IT Band injury the whole season. I am looking to improve during my Junior year, as I have took care of the injury and am doing my best to get faster. In track I run 300m Hurdles, my PR is 55.53 and that was also when I was dealing with my injury. I have made it to districts for 300m Hurdle my Freshman and Sophomore year. Just like Cross Country, I hope to improve this year and put as much time and effort needed to get faster and to get 50. In college I hope to run 400m Hurdles and be trained and pushed the hardest I can. I want a coach that will be hard and make me get better even when I think I cant. I am different from most athletes because I will push myself to the limit, when I was injured I pushed through the pain and set my eye on a PR because I knew I could. I hope you want a determined athlete, like me, on your team that is willing to push through every little struggle.
