At a whopping 5'3 I am a varsity javelin thrower from Anaconda, MT and attended Valley City State University for a year and then came back to Anaconda. I have been throwing the javelin for 3 years starting when I was a Sophmore, with my farthest throw being 98'0, my Junior year with my farthest throw being 119'2, and My Senior year with my farthest throw being 127'7. With only 3 years of throwing I am hoping to throw even farther this year and the years after that. I have also been participating in track and field since I was in 7th grade. Ever since I started track as a freshman I was on varsity ever single year. My junior year of track I recieved an Academic All-State award for having a 3.5 GPA while participating in track, I also recieved All Conference in the Javelin, Pole Vault, and the 4x100 Relay. I placed 3rd in Javelin, 6th in the Pole Vault, and 3rd in the Relay. I went to state for the Javelin and Relay, placing 11th in the Javelin. I have balanced many activies while keeping my grades at a good level. My weighted GPA is a 3.125 while my current GPA is 3.429. I plan to attend college and become a Photographer while participating in track and field.
