Personal Statement
I am Anna Payton Davis. I'm a senior at Magnolia Heights School. I have run track since the 7th grade and I absolutely love it. 300 m hurdles are my favorite. My goal is to get down to 45 seconds on the 300 m hurdles this year. I am just beginning to do the 100 m hurdles and trying to get 3 steps down between each hurdle. I am very determined to get it done and to get my time down in that! I am a good sport and encourage my teammates. I take role in a lot when it comes to leadership and I am also a firm believer in Christ.
I have a 21 on my ACT and a 3.9 GPA. I am ranked 10th in my class out of 53. I want to major in biology and become a Pathologist Assistant. I am in the National Honor Society and Sub Deb Cotillion. I am the FCA President, Interact President, Teens for Tate Vice President, and Treasurer of the Student Council. I am a hard worker and want to do good in my studies along with other activities. I have over 300 hours of community service work and plan to continue that during college.
