Personal Statement
It was always been my dream to go to college and throw shot put at a college level. My goal by the time I get to college is to throw at least 40ft. I am training very hard and working hard toward my goals.

- I am doing some Olympic lifts, I do hard workouts 4 days per week and yoga one day. I run a mile on the days that I lift. Every month, I do at least 700 form throws and power throws to get ready for the next season. Two times a week I do sprints on a track.
