Ending my 12 year gymnastics career and beginning my track and field career was one of the best and most difficult decisions that I have made. Running has changed my life for the better and I plan on continuing to run for the rest of my life. I have learned so much from being on the track and cross country teams : from hard work and discipline to team work and time management, I will cherish these values for the rest of my life.
Academics are as important as running and I have worked hard for years to amalgamate an impressive transcript. I will attend a school where I am challenged academically as well as athletically and I will continue to work hard in all aspects of college.
