Juliana Sciortino '24 Recruiting Profile

My love and passion for running started when I decided to try cross country after being a full tome basketball player since I was 7. I noticed l was the fastest on the court and what it seemed like, I could run for hours and not be tired. So I decided to try cross country in 7th grade (2019). That season sparked the sport I began to love most- running! As I won and came in first place for 10+ meets, I decided I have an amazing talent that needs to be taken to the next level which was the Varsity team the following year. Ever since, I’ve been on the cross country and outdoor track team and this 2022-2023 school year I am going to pursue indoor track!  Running competitively has been not only a priority, but also my lifestyle.
