I am a dedicated player, if I get any form of injury my first thoughts go right to if I'll still be able to do the sports I do. I always try my best and always listen to my coaches even if they told me to go run for an hour strait I would do it even though I'm not a distance runner because I know everything they have me do is for a reason which most of the time that reason is to make me stronger in any aspects. like I said I am not a distance runner the longest I can run with a decent time is probably 400 meters although I have had to run the 800 meter run and I do participate in my schools cross country team with the hopes to get better at distance. The high school track and field events I have attempted all but 2 of the the field events and all running events besides long distances past 800 meters. I do have events I do not do well in, for instance the hurdles and as stated before, long distances and events I'm actually really good in, for instance javelin, shot-put, 200 meter dash, high jump, long jump, and triple jump and I look forward to improving in any and all events in the years to come!
