Coaches,
Heres a little information about myself to allow you to get to know me better.
I am a very determined, independent, self-motivated individual. If someone tells me that I can't do something, it will make me work harder to prove them wrong. However, I do love to support and motivate my friends and team mates and would consider myself an all-around good person.
I have been playing sports since I was four years old. I played soccer, basketball, softball, volleyball, dance, and was never afraid to try something new. I still love trying new things. I was introduced to cross country and track in sixth grade and have continued to run ever since. I run long distance as well as short and have recently started throwing the javelin.
As far as academics go, I take them very seriously and it shows since I have been on high/honor roll since I was in sixth grade and will continue to do so. I am in and have been in Honors and AP classes since I entered high school.
My goals for not only college, but for myself are to continue to work hard and become a successful adult in the positions I want to pursue.
I hope you take me into consideration when looking for new candidates for your team.
Sincerely,
Sabrina Colon
