Personal Statement
Running is a major part of my life. I started in 6th grade, running cross country and track. I now run with my highschool's cross country, winter track, and spring track teams. I love track and cross country equally and would want to compete in both in college. I'm interested in running the steeplechase, although I only have one opportunity a year to run it. Middle distance is my strength, along with hurdling. The team is important and one of my favorite aspects about running. My main aspirations are to compete at a higher level and improve my times.
