Personal Statement
My collegiate goals would have to be to improve my form and technique. I want to achieve my full potential. Throughout my high school track and field experience, I have tried my best to achieve the most that I can. I have not been provided with the essentials needed to be the best that I can be. My coach did not understand polevault, and did not know how to teach it. I also was not provided with any poles that were of my weight. I tried my best to work with what I was given, and even bought my own pole in order to succeed. I love cheering my teammates on and I feed off of everyone's improvements. I encourage my teammates to be the best that they can be. Although track is extremely important to me, I will always put school as my number one priority. My grades reflect the kind of character that I am, and I strive to get the best grades that I can.
