Halie Sciury '18 Recruiting Profile

I knew at a young age, I wanted to run track in college. It has been a goal of mine for quite some time. Although I have been relatively successful in high school track, I believe I have room for improvement. My main focus, has been the long jump. In college, I hope to develop my skills more completely to see further distances. I am also aspiring to learn the triple jump so I may benefit the team in multiple events.

I believe I would be a good candidate for your program because I understand the importance of a team. I am a dedicated and hard working individual both on and off the field. My academics and jumping are top priority. I have a true passion for the sport and am internally motivated to provide top performances. I believe my work ethic in both sports and academics will be valuable to your program.
