Personal Statement

My dreams are lofty. I have dreams beyond the collegiate level for pole vault. For now, I hope to advance beyond high school and compete at the collegiate level. I have competed in sports since I was 6 years old. I have always embraced both education and sports; wanting to excel in both. I am a perfectionist, sometimes to a fault. I know and understand this about myself and would need a coach who would understand this too.
