Jacinda Webb '16 Recruiting Profile

As a junior in high school, my collegiate goals and aspirations are as follows: study hard, make good grades, sacrifice what I want for what I need, and have a successful career after it's over. I have had to work very hard in my high school career to maintain good grades, and I am a firm believer in working hard at everything you do. Although athletics occupy a large space in my life, school always comes first. As an athlete, I have had to work even harder and take risks to be successful. Taking risks is what differentiates me from other recruits in both character and athletics. My life motto as of late has been, "without risk, there is no reward". Furthermore, being a team player is very important to me; there is just something about running in a relay with my other team mates after hours of practicing and learning how to perfect a hand-off that makes all the sweat, aches, and pains worth it.
