Anna Norman '17 Recruiting Profile

First and foremost I love running. Not just competing, or the amazing family that my team has been, but running itself. I love waking up early and watching the sunrise and exploring new roads. It's easy to stay dedicated to the sport because I don't dread practices. It also makes it easier to constantly strive for PRs, becuase not every race is a PR and its easy for me to stay motivated and keep working even when I don't quite hit the time I was counting on. In college, I hope that I could bring that love for running to my team, because every team needs it to stay focused.

Academically, I have never settled for low grades and refuse to break that trend moving up the ladder. I'm confident in my ability to take on college courses and promise you that as your athlete you will never have to worry about my academic success or my willingness to help my teammates with theirs.
