Work Hard, Train Hard, Live Life
Hello, my name is Mallory McKinney. I am a junior at Cypress Woods High School and my favorite events are the 400m and 200m. I am currently running for Houston Visions Track Club and am very excited for the upcoming school year.
My goals for this year are to continue to improve on my times and drop my 400m time by 2-3 seconds. To help me attain this goal, I am training with former Olympic Gold medalist, Coach Derrick Brew. I am also looking forward to maintaining my current GPA and possibly raising it as I am taking several Honors courses.
I am looking for a college that can help me reach my goal of studying nursing or pre-medicine. Some of the attributes that I will bring to your track program are self-motivation, self-discipline, and a great work ethic.
