Erika LeCheminant Stanley '15 Recruiting Profile

 As an athlete I have worked hard my entire experience. Each sport I have tried has come easy to me. With a little bit of dedication and assistance from well trained coaches I have been able to excel and do really well. My favorite sport is Track and Field. I run the 60 m, 100 m, and long jump. I will never forget how great I felt when I got my personal best of 17' long jump, that was a solid rush and enough to keep me wanting more. I am passionate about track and field and you will see that in me as a member of your team. The experiences I have had in this sport have strengthened me both athletically and personally. This sport is all about determination and taking risks and I will take risks and work hard as a member of your collegiate team. 

As a student I have always been interested in the business field. My goal is to become an administrative business secretary. I have begun my studies and plan to continue and graduate with a masters of business. I have completed my high school requirements and am proactively working on concurrent college classes to get ahead as I wait for my high school graduation date to arrive.

The 4-H Teen Council and Southwest Region Ambassador programs have been a big part of my life. As a president of the Teen Council I have completed hundreds of service hours each calendar year and my participation as an ambassador has taken me to places all across the state to develop leadership strength. As a youth leader I have spent hours of time teaching adults and my peers life skills that are vital in the world today. Its a wonderful opportunity and I am proud to have been part of it.
