Personal Statement

I started running track in seventh grade and cross country in eighth grade. I am a dedicated athlete as well as a dedicated student. I strive to do my best on the track as well as in the classroom. Throughout my high school experience I strive to be a leader on my team and in my school. I want to focus on maintaining good grades and improving my track times. I have known for sometime now that i want to further my track career to the collegiate level. I am pushing myself in school by taking advanced classes. During indoor track, I also run the 500m dash which is not listed above. My pr for that is 1:27.50.
