Olivia Krog '18 Recruiting Profile

After high school, I look forward to attending a college I can be successful in throwing javelin and in an educational program of kinesiology and/or early childhood education. Accomplishing a goal, whether it be throwing a PR or scoring an exceptional grade in school, is what I strive for and is what makes me feel the most successful. To reach these goals I focus my energy and efforts to finish the tasks with precision and accuracy. I reflect and think about what I am doing so once I do reach my goal I tend go straight to picking out the negatives and what I could've done better and start to think "I could have done better" or "I didn't give it my 100%." However, I like to focus on the positives more and that is what I use to encourage myself, my team mates and others around. The positive aspects are something that helps me persevere through challenging tasks and goals.
