Samantha Shreve '25 Recruiting Profile

Hey there! My name is Samantha Shreve and I’m a Junior from Buckhannon-Upshur High School! At Buckhannon, I run Cross Country as well as Track & Field. My primary events in Track are the 3200 and 1600. I’m currently enrolled in Dual Credit classes as a Junior and I hope this will help in college. For me, my goals are to keep running and enjoy every moment while I can. As I get stronger and better throughout this career, my long term goal is to make it to Nationals in both sports once I hit college. Although this is a competitive goal, I will continue to strive everyday to achieve it. I’ve the skills to achieve better which makes my teammates motivated to do the same. I’m known to always have a smile on my face and always be ready to run and cheer on my teammates if needed. As a student-athlete, I’m striving everyday to be better than what I was yesterday. That has been my goal and will continue everyday as I grow into a better individual, but also a better teammate. Thank you, Samantha.
