I joined track my freshman in high school and quickly fell in love with the sport. I discovered I have a real talent for jumping and have so far achieved great personal and team success. I attribute my early success to my nature of being competitive, tenacious, and goal-oriented. I give everything I attempt my best effort. I aim to continue to improve and have my sights set on state records in the high jump and triple jump.
I am an excellent leader on and off the track, take my studies seriously and strive for greatness in all aspects of life. I am a three sport high school athlete with a 3.8 grade point average, five semesters on the high honor roll and recent election to the National Honor Society. My strong work ethic sets me apart from my peers.
I desire to be recruited by a school that is a good match academically and athletically. I know I can help the right team succeed in track and field. I am looking forward to the opportunities that await me as I plan my future which includes studying biology and competing in track!
