Makenna Rosin '16 Recruiting Profile

My name is Makenna Rosin. I am 5'10" and weigh 165 pounds. I have played volleyball since I was 11 years old, and I also have been playing soccer since I was 4. I enjoy playing soccer, but I have decided to make volleyball the sport I want to play at the collegiate level. I have played for Soldotna High School since my freshman year, and started all four years, since my sophomore year I have started Varsity as a middle hitter. I also play for Peninsula Midnight Sun Volleyball Club and I have been playing with the club since I was 11 years old. For my club team I have mostly played MH, but I have also played OH and RS.

I have 2 years of varsity experience on the soccer team at Soldotna High School, as well as 1 year of JV. My Sophomore year my team won Regions and placed third at the State Tournament.

I am opened minded about the size of college, and I am willingly to look at any location(s). I am keeping my options open for majors.

I have a strong passion for playing volleyball, and I'm set on playing this amazing sport in college.
