I just completed my senior season and finished with the most kills (342) and most aces (67) for my team. I was selected to the All-Tournament Team. I had major shoulder surgery in March of 2016. The surgery tested my will, determination and my dedication for the sport that I love. The time off the court made me work even harder to get back to the caliber that I was used to and I believe that I am better and stronger than I have ever been. My junior season I was also selected to the All-Tournament Team. I was selected as the Best Offensive player attempting 1,000 kills with 33% kill. I have started every year on my 7A Varsity team in Madison, AL. I was unable to play during my club season in 2016 because of my shoulder injury but had a great club season last year and a very successful 2017 school season. I finished my high school career with 1,097 kills, 889 digs and 159 aces. We had a 131-76 record for my 4 years on the varsity team. I am looking forward to continue my volleyball career at a great academic college. I know that my volleyball career will be over in the next 4 years and want to get my nursing degree and continue on to become a physician assistant.
